Seymour Visits Van Dusen Gardens

Seymour left Granville Island's Kid Zone bookstore after reading about garden creatures. Now that he was better educated, Seymour felt that he may have been on the wrong track in his search for Pierre. "Garden creatures" would naturally and most likely be found in a garden (Seymour thought this must be one of those "ah-ha moments" he'd heard about while listening to Oprah through the Smith family window). Seymour decided he would visit Vancouver's Van Dusen Botanical Gardens to continue his search for his cousin.

His first stop was the pond - a lovely place to reflect.

Seymour tried to chat with a couple of birds hanging around the pond, but they weren't very friendly and kept ducking away from him.

Snubbed, but not defeated, Seymour held his head high and wandered deeper into the gardens looking for a quiet place to ponder his next course of action...

... and he found just the spot - David Ruben Pictoukun's wonderful sculpture of pondering heads. Seymour joined the quiet threesome and settled in for a long ponder.
