Seymour Seeks Snail By The Sea Shore

Seymour's ride took him as far as Cambie Street but no further - traffic was a bit of a snarl due to the roadwork being done to prepare for Skytrain's new Canada Line. Fortunately for Seymour the restaurant he sought was located on Cambie Street, so with only a few detours he was able to crawl the rest of the way in a relatively short time.

Ahhhhh ... some of the best dim sum in town and no escargot on the menu.

As Seymour left the restaurant and crawled towards a bus stop, he hoped today would be his lucky day to catch sight of his cousin Pierre. Amazingly, the bus that stopped in front of him guaranteed sightings, so Seymour crawled aboard.

By the time the bus trip arrived in historic Steveston, Seymour was feeling rather miffed that the bus hadn't lived up to it's guarantee of sightings - there hadn't been a snail anywhere in sight for the entire journey and he didn't see any here at the shore ... however the sunset views from the wharf more than made up for his disappointment.
