Seymour Explores Gastown

Still enjoying the sights and sounds of Gastown, Seymour crawled to a Water Street store filled with Canadiana. He was impressed to see a member of Canada's famous Royal Canadian Mounted Police standing guard at the door - the fella was the size of bear; best not to mess with him, thought Seymour.

He tried on a hockey jersey at the Trading Post but didn't like the way it made his head appear to be unusually small. Seymour didn't want anyone to think he had a tiny brain; he'd been sensitive about the size and simplicity of his brain ever since reading this article.

Now here was a hat to help a snail stay toasty warm during winter months ... of course the winters in Vancouver are moderate and Seymour didn't really need the hat, but with global warming affecting weather patterns, a snail could never be too cautious...

and besides ... there was something about the hat that made Seymour feel truly regal.
