Whistler at Last

After nearly a month of snailtrail-blazing, and with a little help from a local bus company, Seymour finally arrived at Whistler Village.

He was so excited to be at this future site of the 2010 Olympics, he would have jumped for joy if only a snail could jump. Instead he crawled around experiencing (as best he could) some of Whistler's many outdoor activities:

river rafting - not as exhuberant a ride as he'd imagined before he slid into the raft...

mountain bike trick riding - really rather effortless once you have your bike and body in a certain position...

meandering through the European-styled village was lovely, with plenty of signage to help tourists find their way and obey the rules, however...

Seymour was of the philosophy that rules were meant to be broken...
